The WDH-KP40 condensation pump is ideal for mobile dehumidifiers. The pump is 50 mm wide. Verify the width of the bucket of your deshumidifier: it must be at least 50 mm to accommodate the pump. The pump must be connected to a household power outlet using the adapter provided (type C). It should be placed directly into the tank of the dehumidifier and secured to the bottom of the tank with the suction cups. If the water level in the bucket rises, a sensor is activated and the water is pumped out. In closed dehumidifiers, the cable and hose are usually routed out of the housing via the hose connection; in appliances with an open bucket, it is very easy to do this directly above the edge of the bucket.
The pump is suitable for condensation water, but not for dirty water. The hose for draining the condensation water has an inner diameter of 8 mm (outer diameter 11 mm). Consumption is very low: most of the time, the pump pauses until a certain water level has accumulated in the bucket. Once the level is reached, the pumping process is initiated.
