The WDH-KP40 condensation pump is ideal for mobile dehumidifiers. It is placed directly in the bucket of the dehumidifier and fixed to the bottom of the bucket by means of suction cups on the underside. If the water level in the bucket rises, a float is activated and the water is pumped out. The pump is 50 mm wide. The bucket of the dryer must therefore be at least this wide so that there is room for the pump. The pump is connected to a normal household socket using an adapter. With closed dehumidifiers, the cable and hose are usually routed out of the housing via the hose connection, with devices with an open bucket very simply directly above the edge of the bucket.
The pump is suitable for condensation water, but not for dirty water. The hose for draining the condensation water has an inner diameter of 8 mm (outer diameter 11 mm). Consumption is very low: most of the time, the pump pauses until a certain water level has accumulated in the bucket. Once the level is reached, the pumping process is initiated.

Pumpe läuft mit 12 Volt, wollte ich mir bereits vor längerer Zeit schon selbst aus dem Campingzubehör bauen. Endlich ist sie da! -

Vorteile: Man stellt das Ding in den Wasserbehälter eines Luftentfeuchters, bei einem bestimmten Wasserstand springt die Pumpe automatisch an und superleise wird das Wasser raus- und hochgepumpt, so daß der Behälter nie volllaufen kann.
Nachteile? Nach 2 Wochen noch keine. Ich hab mir beim Baumarkt 10 m Schlauch extra kaufen müssen, die hätte man zur Pumpe auch gleich mit anbieten können. Das nur als Anregung, damit die nächsten Kunden noch glücklicher werden können, als ich's schon bin. -

Der Pumpe fehlt ein Rückschlagventil, weshalb sie für die angegebene Förderhöhe unbrauchbar ist. Der Einbau eines zusätzlichen Rückschlagventils würde mindestens 1,2 m an Förderhöhe kosten. -

Habe diese Pumpe nachträglich zu meinem WDH-520 bestellt und kann diese Investition wirklich nur empfehlen.
Die Montage war mit wenigen Handgriffen erledigt. Das lästige Entleeren des Wassertanks entfällt und ich kann jetzt auch ohne ein Beaufsichtigen des Geräts davon ausgehen, dass kontinuierlich und ohne Pause entfeuchtet wird.
