  Note: If you want to set up the Wi-Fi function, you must select an available 2.4 GHz network and connect the device. Your mobile phone must be connected to the same network in order to set up Tuya Smart or SmartLife in the phone. Once this is done, you can access the device from your phone on any network. You should also switch off any active VPN for the connection. Once the device is connected, the VPN provider can be reactivated.

  If the device cannot be found on the app after several attempts, disconnect the device from the power supply for at least 3 hours and delete the app from your mobile phone. After the time has elapsed, you can reconnect the device to the power supply and download the app again. Then start the Wi-Fi pairing process again.
