The maximum room size depends on many factors:For example, how much moisture comes in, what the temperatures are in the respective room and what your target humidity value is. However, as a general rule we can recommend a room size of up to approx. 200 m² (500 m³).How high is the air circulation with the large WDH-1200HT construction dryer?
The air circulation or air flow rate is approximately 1,000 m³/h!Please note that the air circulation should generally be matched to the existing cooling fins and that with units with too high an air flow rate it can very easily happen that the condensed moisture (drops) on the cooling fins is dried again by the blow-dry effect and blown out again into the room air with the strongly circulated air at the other end.How high is the dehumidification capacity of the large WDH-1200HT construction dryer?
As with all building dryers, the dehumidification performance is decisively influenced by the following factors:
A) the humidity content of the room air, and
B) the heat or temperature in the room.For safety’s sake, here is an approximate dehumidification rate for continuous operation:
30°C and 80% RH ≈ 120 litres/day, at 60% RH ≈ 60 litres/day.
20°C and 80% RH ≈ 60 litres/day, at 60% RH ≈ 35 litres/day.
15°C and 80% RH ≈ 45 litres/day, at 60% RH ≈ 25 litres/day.
10°C and 80% RH ≈ 25 litres/day, at 60% RH ≈ 17 litres/day.All figures are approximate daily values (fluctuation tolerance) when measured directly at the air inlet of the unit. These values apply only if temperature and humidity remain constant.
Does the construction dryer WDH-1200HT have an integrated water collection tank?
No, as this construction dryer usually dehumidifies large amounts of water, it is not equipped with a collection container. If you want to collect the condensate or you cannot drain it into a gutter, we recommend that you buy a construction tub or a large bucket for little money at the DIY store.Does the building dryer WDH-1200HT have an integrated condensation pump?
No, as external condensation pumps are already available from specialist dealers for little money, we deliberately decided not to install one - integration would have been more expensive.Is a hose included in the scope of delivery of the large WDH-1200HT construction dryer?
Yes, a short hose is included in the scope of delivery. This is sufficient to drain the condensate into a manhole or a construction tub. Alternatively, you can also connect any other ¾ inch hose to the unit. When draining the hose, please always ensure that there is a slope, as the condensate is dripping water (not pressurised water).Is the large WDH-1200HT construction dryer also suitable for continuous use at temperatures above 32°C ?
Yes, we can recommend our unit for continuous use up to 32°C without any restrictions. Only at even higher temperatures should you refrain from very long running times (continuous use) to protect the motor.How high is the power consumption of the WDH-1200HT construction dryer?
The dehumidifier has a MAXIMUM power consumption of 1,840 watts (at full load of the compressor).However, the average power consumption in continuous operation without interruption of operation is only approx. 1,275 watts!
