This practical and helpful industrial air purifier from Aktobis is ideal for protecting people from harmful dust and spores in areas with high air pollution, such as on construction sites or in production! Furthermore, this device ensures that dust and spores are not distributed over a large area and contaminate other areas. This industrial air purifier is very robustly manufactured and designed for a long service life. The housing is made of almost indestructible special plastic. The unit has a practical carrying handle and an air hose can be connected in the process and/or in the after-run. Alternatively, this air purifier also offers the option of connecting a dust collection bag (see accessories) in the exhaust air area.
The recommended retail price (RRP) is EUR 899,00Capabilities:
- The coarse dust filter (G4) removes all larger particles (> 10 µm) with an effectiveness of over 90%! It also ensures a longer lifetime of the HEPA filter.
- HEPA filter (H13): One of the best filters available, this brand filter captures and filters particles as small as 0.0003 mm. This includes pollen, germs, mould spores and fine dust with a purity rate of 99.95% !!!
- Active charcoal filter (can be ordered as an option): Absorbs and cleans many types of smoke and odours and also helps to break down toxic fumes, gases and solvents.
- Control element: Infinitely variable power control possible via the rotary control.
- Housing made of special plastic: Very robust and extremely resilient housing which is very easy to clean.
- Practical connection piece for air distribution hose in the process or overrun: The supply air has a diameter of approx. 30 cm and the exhaust air of approx. 20 cm, to which -if desired- an air distribution hose can be connected in each case !
- Low power consumption of 225 watts with a good air circulation of approx. 850 m³/h !
- No adjustments in case of power failure (unit continues where it left off) !

Usage:
- Air purification or dust extraction: Ideally suited for extracting/capturing construction dust/industrial dust. Both coarse and fine dusts can be captured with this ! - Mould and asbestos remediation: Successful remediation is guaranteed by using this industrial air cleaner in conjunction with the regulations and information for safety and health at work issued by the employers' liability insurance association.

How do I know that the filter in the WDH-AF500B industrial air purifier needs to be changed?
The air purifier has a filter change indicator for the HEPA and coarse dust filters. By simply opening the filter flap, you can quickly see from the discolouration whether the filters need to be changed. A new filter is snow-white and must be changed at the latest when it turns brown or dark brown.Can the WDH-AF500B industrial air purifier be mounted on the wall?
The unit is not designed for wall mounting, but it can certainly be mounted on a wall with a little manual skill.How loud is the WDH-AF500B industrial air purifier?
The noise level of the stepless control is between 45 dB/A and approx. 65 dB/A.
